In this 1.5hr Workshop, we will be deepening our knowing and remembrance of Autumn’s medicine and remedies.
 
Bring any questions you may have from Autumn’s Herbal Remedies Part 1, where we met Rosehips, Hawthorn, Elderberries and Nettle Seeds.
Learn about the medicine of culinary herbs including thyme, sage, garlic and onion in crafting traditional and easy immune boosting, anti-viral and anti-bacterial remedies.
Learn and craft traditional autumn and winter remedies including powerful Fire Cider, Onion and Thyme Cough Syrup, throat soothing Sage Oxymel and more.
Learn how to make nourishing and warming recipes from seasonal herbs we can easily access at this time of year.

A few days before this workshop, you will receive a herbal and recipe e-booklet to either print out or just have to access during out workshop.
