Learn about Autumn's local herbal medicines and healing remedies we can craft with them to support our body and spirit through the cooler months.

 

This workshop lasts just under 2 hours.  We will explore both the energetic and physical medicine of the most loved Autumn herbal medicines, berries, haws and herbs.

 

We will explore the medicine of:

  • Hawthorn berries

  • Elder berries

  • Rosehips

  • Nettle Seeds

  • Along with a few other treasured autumn herbs and a few nourishing plant allies you can work with if you can't find these specific berries or herbs.

 

We will explore the medicine each berry and herb holds, as well as their physical medicine in supporting our physical bodies throughout autumn and winter.

 

Together, we will create herbal remedies of:

  • Hawthorn berry elixir, an ancient heart nourishing medicine.

  • Elderberry tincture, a potent autumn and winter remedy to strengthen and support our physical body.

  • Rosehip syrup, a nurturing loving herbal remedy packed with so much goodness, suitable for all ages, crafted for generations to maintain wholeness and vitality throughout autumn and winter. 

 

Upon registration, you will receive a link with the replay of this workshop to watch immediately, as well as a herbal e-booklet about each herb and recipes for each potent Autumn and Winter remedy. 

 

This also includes an extra pdf containing additional information, suggestions and suppliers that were recommended and discussed during our workshop.
